As a leader and center of excellence in cardiac care, Nebraska Heart is dedicated to assisting health care providers in their commitment to continued learning, improved knowledge, competence, and positive patient outcomes through quality education. Nebraska Heart’s continuing education program provides educational activities that include evidence based, current, and clinically relevant content to the care of the cardiac population.

Nebraska Hearts online Continuing Education offers easy access clinical CE topics presented by expert cardiac clinicians. Courses are tailored to meet the needs of various disciplines including, Nurses, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacists.   All current online activities can be accessed by utilizing the links on the right hand side of this page. Courses have been planned and implemented by Creighton University Health Sciences Continuing Education and Nebraska Heart Hospital for the advancement of patient care. Creighton University Health Sciences Continuing Education is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
