Did you know? The heart is a muscle about the size of a fist. With each beat, the heart pushes blood throughout your body. The inside of the heart is divided into four chambers. The heart also has four valves that act as doors that open and close to keep blood flowing in one direction.

Blood Pressure Screening (free)

Nebraska Heart offers free blood pressure screenings twice a month. Visit the Nebraska Heart table, located next to the customer service desk, at Westfield Shopping Mall in Lincoln.

CPR/HeartSaver AED Course (free)

Would you know what to do if someone close to you needed life-saving CPR? The Nebraska Heart Institute offers free CPR/HeartSaver CPR classes. Classes are held the 4th Wednesday of every other month.
