Dr. Ayala received his medical degree from the K.M. School of Post-Graduate Medicine & Research in Ahmedabad, India.

Training:
He then completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and its subspecialty boards of cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and cardiac CT angiography.
