Names of medicines in this group: Coumadin Warfarin Side effects include hemorrhage, bruising, cold intolerance. Many medications and foods interfere with Coumadin levels. Please ask the doctor or nurse to provide instructions regarding these interactions. Routine blood work is required while taking Coumadin to prevent life threatening bleeding. |
